Right of withdrawal
The following withdrawal policy is aimed at consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB - that is, natural persons who conclude the contract for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor to their self-employed professional activity. For parishes, institutions and other entrepreneurs, there is no statutory right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this, although this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
If you have requested that the service should begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the point in time at which you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with regard to this contract, compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
Premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
In the case of a contract for the supply of digital content that is not delivered on a physical data carrier, the right of withdrawal also lapses if we have begun to perform the contract after you have
- expressly agreed that we begin to perform the contract before the withdrawal period expires, and
- confirmed your knowledge that, by giving your consent to the commencement of the performance of the contract, you lose your right of withdrawal,
and we have provided you with confirmation of this. In the case of a contract for the provision of a service, the right of withdrawal lapses if we have fully provided the service and only began performance after you had given your express consent to this and at the same time confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal upon complete fulfilment of the contract by us.
