eKlecia® thinks ahead: together with strong partners

A church community is far more than the Sunday service – behind every successful service lies a great deal of organisation. That is why eKlecia® is now taking an important step: we are working together with carefully selected partners who make everyday life easier for congregations. The first is a trusted partner from Switzerland.

We developed eKlecia® to solve a specific problem: reliable organ music in the service, even when no organist is available any more. But church communities face far more challenges than just the music. Administration, member care, communication – all of this takes time, which is often voluntary and in short supply. Rather than trying to cover everything ourselves, we rely on partnerships with providers who know their craft. We present them on our new partner page.

Why is eKlecia® now working with partners?

Because good solutions should complement one another rather than run side by side. eKlecia® is deliberately specialised in one thing: authentic organ music, easy to call up. We want to keep that focus – and still help congregations wherever they need it.

Everyday life in a parish and church community is varied: maintaining member data, organising groups, sending out mailings, preparing services, providing music. No single tool can do all of that equally well. That is why we look for partners who are as convincing in their field as eKlecia® is in church music – and whose values match ours: reliable, dignified and close to people.

Our first partner: KiKartei from Switzerland

KiKartei from KW-Software AG has been the established administration solution for parishes, church communities and pastoral areas in Switzerland for more than 20 years. Over 1,000 congregations use it to manage their members, households, pastoral records and groups – clearly laid out, accessible from anywhere and without a server of their own.

What KiKartei can do is impressively down to earth: households with all their members on a single page, rule-based groups, mailings, labels and forms directly in the program, data import from residents' registers and cantonal platforms, plus personal support from Switzerland. On closer inspection, both serve the same goal: that community life succeeds even when time, staff and musical resources are running short.
